Here`s what we had for afternoon snack: a bag of tortilla chips with chili salsa.
I couldn`t find coriander at the store today, so I just used parsley instead. Great flavor too!
Ingredients:
Tortilla chips (plain/seasoned)
Chili salsa
Use food processor or blender
Red bellpepper
Red chili
Parsley
Garlic
Lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil

Love the vivid colors, it looks so good. Yes...guacamole would go perfect with that! You should definitely try it.
